ESTATE AND TRUST OF PETER Y. S. KIM, also known as Peter You Soon Kim, Deceased.

All persons having a claim against the estate of PETER Y. S. KIM, also known as Peter You Soon Kim, Deceased, or the Peter Y. S. Kim Trust u/a 3/6/1992, as amended, are hereby notified that JARED C. S. KIM, 99-121 Kaamilo Street, Aiea, HI 96701, is the Trustee of the Trust and the nominated Personal Representative of the Estate of PETER Y. S. KIM.
Pursuant to H. R. S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the estate of the above-named decedent and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims and proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Trustees within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
