ESTATE AND TRUST OF HARUO MATSUURA, Deceased.

All persons having a claim against the estate of HARUO MATSUURA, Deceased, or the Haruo Matsuura Trust u/a 4/24/1996, as amended, are hereby notified that DENISE Y. MAEDA and BRIAN N. MATSUURA, c/o 1013 Prospect Street #513, Honolulu, HI 96822, are the Trustees of the Trust and the nominated Personal Representatives of the Estate of HARUO MATSUURA.
Pursuant to H. R. S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the estate of the above-named decedent and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims and proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Trustees within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
