AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to install new wireless telecommunications antennas on an existing building rooftop located on the Bilger Building of University of Hawaii, near 2540 Dole Street, Honolulu, HI, 96822. The new facility will consist of removing and replacing antennas and RRHs at various heights not to exceed 107’10".
