NELHA FISCAL OFFICER

Position is in overall charge of the fiscal management of the agency and should be familiar with all aspects of governmental accounting, procurement, financial management and analysis.

Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent degree and minimum of 2.5 years’ experience is required.

This position is exempt from State Civil Service requirements, but features other State fringe benefits including vacation and sick leave, medical and dental coverage, and retirement.
