YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED THAT JOHN DRAIME Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, has commenced an action in Civil No. 17-1-1369-08 DEO, wherein Plaintiff prays for a judgment in the amount of $150,000.00 for damages, together with interest, costs of suit and attorneys’ fees, and for other appropriate relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, 777 Punchbowl Street, on Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 2018 at 9 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Ward D.
