You are hereby notified that The Bank of New York Mellon, FKA The Bank of New York as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Holders of Structured Asset MTG Investments II Trust 2006-AR7, MTG Pass-Through Cert Series 2006-AR7 ("Plaintiff"), has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure ("Complaint") against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0721-05 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 51-636 Kamehameha Hwy Apt 421, Kaaawa, HI 96730, TMK 1-5-1-005-004-0050, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H.
