Kessinger Living Trust Notice is hereby given that Peter Remington Kessinger, also known as Peter R. Kessinger, ("Decedent") passed away on June 10, 2017. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Peter Remington Kessinger ("Estate") or the Peter R. Kessinger and Nancy C. Kessinger Living Trust dated March 6, 1992, as amended ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Caroline M. Ross, whose address is c/o James L. Starshak, Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop St. #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Successor Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Caroline M.
