KEOWN, Trustees of the Bob Keown, Ltd. Profit Sharing Plan Trust dated October 17, 1990, has commenced an action against Beverly Ing Lee, et al. in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 16-1-1542-8, to foreclose a Second Mortgage held by Plaintiffs securing real property located at Nuuanu Valley, Honolulu, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, being LOT 394, area 10,004 square feet, more or less, as shown on Map 174 filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii with Land Court Application No. 198 of the Dowsett Company, Limited, more particularly identified as Tax Key No. (1) 2-2-048-021 ("Subject Property"). Plaintiffs pray for foreclosure of a Second Mortgage in Plaintiffs’ favor, securing the Subject Property, the sale of the Subject Property by auction, and the recovery of sums advanced by Plaintiffs in connection with the Second Mortgage from the proceeds of such sale, and for Plaintiffs’ attorney’s fees and costs in connection with the said partition. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable JEANETTE H.
