Notice to Creditors of Ruth Yoshie Nishimura, Deceased, Estate of Ruth Yoshie Nishimura, and the Ruth Y. Nishimura Trust Notice is hereby given that Ruth Yoshie Nishimura, also known as Ruth Y. Nishimura, ("Decedent") passed away on August 28, 2017. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Ruth Yoshie Nishimura ("Estate") or the Ruth Y. Nishimura Trust dated August 21, 1990, as restated ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Bryan I. Nishimura and Myron R. Nishimura, whose addresses are Unit 706, 777 Paani Street, Honolulu, HI 96826 and 1477 Alewa Drive, Honolulu, HI 96817, respectively, are serving as successor co-trustees of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Bryan I. Nishimura and Myron R. Nishimura, as successor co-trustees of the Trust, at the addresses shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred. Bryan I.
