Notice to Creditors of Nanette Preston Hutton, Deceased, Estate of Nanette Preston Hutton, and the Nanette Preston Hutton Revocable Living Trust Notice is hereby given that Nanette Preston Hutton ("Decedent") passed away on May 1, 2017. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Nanette Preston Hutton ("Estate") or the Nanette Preston Hutton Revocable Living Trust dated July 14, 1982, as restated ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Grant F. Hutton and Audrey Jo Hutton, whose addresses are 1006 Janae Court, Georgetown, TX 78626 and 38 Judd Street, Apt 13A, Honolulu, HI 96819, respectively, are serving as successor co-trustees of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Grant F. Hutton and Audrey Jo Hutton, as successor co-trustees of the Trust, at the addresses shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
