Notice is hereby given that on October 13, 2017 TIMOTHY SALTHOUSE filed with the registrar of this court an application for informal probate of the decedent’s will dated February 10, 2010 and for informal appointment of TIMOTHY SALTHOUSE as personal representative of the decedent, to act without bond. A copy of the application is on file with the clerk of the 3rd District Court of Salt Lake County and may be reviewed upon request. After the last date of publication if the application is found to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Uniform Probate Code, it will be granted. Failure to object to the application will not affect the right of an interested person to petition the court to set aside the informal probate or appointment.
