Pam’s commitment and visionary leadership to create a more humane and compassionate community was unmatched. She was at the forefront of the animal welfare movement during a time of great progress in Hawaii and around the world. Her passion to improve the lives of both people and animals made her a guiding force of the Society for the past 27 years. Memorial donations may be made payable to the Hawaiian Humane Society and will be used to establish a fund in Pam’s name. This special fund will support programs associated with our new low fee, high volume spay/neuter clinic. A project near and dear to Pam, this clinic will have a significant impact in reducing the numbers of homeless animals on Oahu.
