All interested parties will be emailed a copy of the RFP. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit is scheduled for September 22, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. at the project site. Please direct all questions to this RFP to Dwight Maeda who is the President and Chief Instructor of the Shobukan Judo Club.
