All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Frederick Kwai Foak Lee ("Estate") or the Frederick K. F. Lee Revocable Living Trust dated November 21, 1995 ("Trust"), are hereby notified that NATHALIE Y. LEE, whose address is 4389 Malia Street, Apt. #555, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, is serving as trustee of the Trust.
