NORMAN HJ CHUN Jan.23, 1945 – June 29, 2017 Norman HJ Chun died in Portland, OR on June 29 after a long illness. He was born in Honolulu and went to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon where he obtained two degrees: Psychology and Applied Design. Norm was drafted in the Vietnam era and served two years in the army, one in Korea. He spent his professional career working for the State of Oregon. He is survived by his former wife and close friend, Gerriann Fox, Portland; his sister-in law, Frances Chun, Honolulu; his niece, Shelene Chun, Honolulu; and his niece, Marlene Nakamura, Kaneohe.
