All persons having a claim against the above-named decedent, estate and/or trust(s) are hereby notified pursuant to HRS § 560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Walter Wataru Wauke and Harumi Wauke, successor Co-Trustees of the Kazue Wauke Trust, an unrecorded Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 25, 2006, as amended, and the Jacob Shigeo Wauke and Kazue Wauke Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 14, 2000, as restated and amended, whose address is c/o James T. Wada, 1188 Bishop Street, #704, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
