FIRST CIRCUIT COURT NOTICE AND
NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF JOSEPH JAY KAPIKO, Deceased, and the JOSEPH JAY KAPIKO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on July 16, 2020, together with an Application by Michael Kapiko Kam, whose address is 2372 Aina Lani Way, Honolulu, HI 96822, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said Michael Kapiko Kam.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated August 11, 1998 and known as the Joseph Jay Kapiko Revocable Living Trust, are hereby notified that Michael Kapiko Kam and Roland Timothy Kam are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Michael Kapiko Kam, 2372 Aina Lani Way, Honolulu, HI 96822, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
