NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the co-trustees named below to all persons having a claim against Roseline Tsuyuko Yano (“Decedent”), who died on September 15, 2019, Decedent’s Estate, or the Roseline T. Yano Revocable Living Trust dated January 11, 1999 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Gayle Y. Lum and Diane S. Yanagihara, co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is c/o 94-667 Kauakapuu Loop, Mililani, Hawaii 96789, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
