NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CHARLES P. GOLBERT, as Acting Cook County Public Guardian as Guardian of the Estate of Mona Wei, also known as Mona Yuo San Wei, the domiciliary foreign Guardian of the Estate of the Protected Person, whose authority to exercise as to property in the State of Hawaii all powers of a local conservator was acknowledged by Acknowledgment of Conservator’s Authority filed herein on February 25, 2019, has made and filed with this Court a Petition for Confirmation of Sale of Real Property.
Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., in the courtroom of the Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, who shall be sitting in probate, in the Judiciary Building at Kaahumanu Hale, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed date, time and place of hearing said Petition.
Any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and serve it on all interested parties within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice or by the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date is earlier.
