OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Development Phase 2 situated at Kapolei, Ewa, Oahu, Hi, TMK: 9-1-017: 004, 072, has been completed.
