CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “QUEEN’S PHYSICIANS OFFICE BUILDING 2 ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION” project [HDCC Job No. 11611], located at 1329 Lusitana Street, Honolulu Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-1-037:002) in accordance with its contract with Queen’s Development Corporation, Owner.
