Notice of Intent to Terminate Kauai Beach Villas – Phase II, LLC
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 428-808 that Kauai Beach Villas – Phase II, LLC, a Hawai’i Limited Liability Company, will file Articles of Termination with the State of Hawai’i, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division.
Any person having any claims against Kauai Beach Villas – Phase II, LLC may send a Notice of Claim to:

The Notice of Claim shall include the amount of the claim, a statement of the basis of the claim, and any documentation related to the claim.
Any and all claims shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the last publication date of this Notice of Intent to Terminate, or the date of filing of the Articles of Termination, as provided for under HRS § 428-808.
