CATHERINE C. HOO Catherine C. Hoo, 90, of Honoulu, passed peacefully into the Lord’s house on the morning of July 25, 2020 with Edmund, her loving husband of nearly 62 years, at her side. Born in Honolulu on March 2, 1930, she graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy, class of 1948 and then the University of Hawaii, Manoa. Survived by her loving husband, Edmund; children, Edith "Edie" (Lee Libby) Hoo-Libby, Edwina (Oscar) Gonzalez, Erwin (LeAnn) & Edward; and grandchildren, Eduardo, Timothy, Benjamin, Trevor, Jasmine, Isabella and Malia. She is remembered as a kind and generous soul to her family, extended family and friends who cheered everyone with her smile. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent in Catherine’s memory to Sacred Hearts Academy (Attn: Development Office/Catherine C.
