THE LOUIS V. VEDOVA, III REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1992

All creditors of the above-named decedent (who died on June 13, 2020) or that certain unrecorded Trust Agreement established by LOUIS V. VEDOVA, III and known as the “LOUIS V. VEDOVA, III REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1992” are hereby notified that they must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to JEROME ROMANO, the current and acting Trustee of said Trust, as amended, c/o Thomas L. Stirling, Jr., Esq., City Financial Tower, 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1800, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
