YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED THAT JEANA ROXAS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROGER ROXAS and THE GOLDEN BUDHA CORPORATION, a foreign corporation, Plaintiffs in the above-captioned matter, have commenced and/or maintained an action in Civil No. 88-0522-02 (BIA), wherein Plaintiffs pray for a judgment against Imelda Marcos and Ferdinand Marcos Jr. aka Bong Bong Marcos as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Ferdinand E. Marcos and Imelda Marcos as follows:

1. For general and special damages against Defendants in an amount to be proven at tdal based upon alleged conversion of personal property and false imprisonment and torture of Roger Roxas and alleged fraudulent conveyances and for imposition of a constructive trust.
2. That because of the death of Ferdinand E. Marcos during the pendency of the action and the opening of a formal probate action for his estate in the courts of the Philippines, plaintiffs have filed a for Second Amended Complaint naming Imelda Marcos and Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Ferdinand E. Marcos, in place of Ferdinand E. Marcos.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Bert I. Ayabe, 777 Punchbowl Street, on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., or file a written answer to the Second Amended Complaint before said hearing day upon Ward D. Jones, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is c/o Bervar & Jones, AAL, ALP, Alakea Corporate Tower, 1100 Alakea Street, 20th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, an entry of default may be granted against you and in favor of the Plaintiffs.
