Notice is hereby given that ROSELANI ETHEL VILLANUEVA, also known as ROSELANI E. VILLANUEVA, and as ETHEL ROSELANI VILLANUEVA, passed away on
April 18, 2020.
All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the trustee of the ROSELANI E. VILLANUEVA TRUST dated January 16, 2019, are hereby notified that BRADLEY S. VILLANUEVA, whose address is c/o Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert, 1003 Bishop Street, Ste. 1600, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as trustee of the above-named trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the above- named estate or trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
