JAMES HOWARD WEIHE, also known as James H. Weihe and James Weihe, Individually and as Trustee of the JAMES H. WEIHE Revocable Trust dated August 2, 1995, as Amended, Deceased.
The above-named decedent died on May 18, 2020. All creditors of the above-named decedent and/or his Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to PHILIP W. PENROSE, Successor Trustee of the JAMES H. WEIHE Revocable Trust dated August 2, 1995, as Amended, c/o Dean M. Park, Esq., 1585 Kapiolani Blvd. Ste 1111, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
