The Robert J. Proctor Revocable Trust dated September 10, 2002, as amended and restated

The above-named decedent died on November 13, 2019. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Jeanneen Proctor, Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose address is c/o Rush Moore LLP, 737 Bishop St., Suite 2400, Honolulu, HI 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
