The Petition of WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A. F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N. A., SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative having been filed, it is hereby ORDERED:
That at 9:00 a.m. on JUN 25 2020, in the courtroom of the Judge who shall be sitting in Probate, First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813, is the time and place of hearing of the petition;
That Petitioner give notice of the hearing in the manner prescribed in Section 560:1-401, H.R.S., to the person enumerated in Section 560:3-403, H.R.S., and, upon payment by the dernandant of the cost of reproducing copies, to any additional person who has filed a demand for notice under Section 560:3-204, H.R.S.
That pursuant to Rule l0(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the petition shall file such objection or response with the Court or serve it on all interested persons within 30 days of service of the Petition and this Order or on the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date occurs earlier.
