NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed April 30, 2020, the Petition for Determination of Heirs of Henry Yuichi Tanaka, Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a parcel of land situate at Kealakekua, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on Wednesday, the 8th day of July, 2020 at 8:30 o’clock, a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge Robert D.S. Kim, at 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. All persons interested are hereby entitled to appear at said time and place.
