You are hereby notified that Defendants and Crossclaim Plaintiffs Association of Unit Owners of the Town Homes at Ka Makana at Hoakalei, Increments 1 Through 7 and Association of Unit Owners of the Town Homes at Ka Makana at Hoakalei, Increment have filed a Crossclaim for Foreclosure against you in that action filed as Civil No. 19-1-0444-03 [JHC] in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to foreclose on real property located at 91-1385 Kaiokia Street, #2205, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706 and identified by Tax Map Key 1-9-1-134-030-0011 in which you may claim an interest.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on May 26, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the attorneys for the Plaintiff at Forrester Legal, LLLC, whose address is Waterfront Plaza, Suite 7400, 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail todoso, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
