NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE

NOTICE is hereby given that ALOHA KAI DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the “Company”), has been dissolved and intends to terminate its existence. All persons with claims against the Company are to present them in writing to the Company at c/o Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher, 733 Bishop Street, Suite 1900, Honolulu, HI 96813. The written claim must include the following information:

1. Claimant’s full legal name;
2. Summary description and amount of the claim;
3. Date the claim arose; and
4. Contact information, including claimant’s address and telephone number.

A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of last publication of this notice or the date of filing of the articles of termination.
