Installation of Enhanced Pavement Markers
& New Milled Rumble Strip at Various
Locations – Island of Oahu
Work on H2 freeway to tentatively begin on Monday April 20, 2020 and is estimated to
be completed on August 15, 2020. The project includes removal of existing pavement
markings/markers and installation of new pavement markings/markers on H2
freeway including offramps, onramps, and interconnecting overpasses. The project
limits will be H2 freeway from Wilikina Drive to H1/H2 intersection north and south
bound. Lanes closures will be implemented during construction during the following hours:
Wahiawa to Mililani – 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Mililani to Ka Uka Blvd – 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Ka Uka Blvd to H1/H2 Split- 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Work sequence will be as follows:
