Civil No. 3CCV-19-0000059, seeking to foreclose that certain Mortgage dated June 17, 2008, and recorded in the State of Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances as Document No. 2008-101158 covering JAMES N. MANUWAI and BRILYNN WILSON’s fee simple interest in that certain parcel of land situated at 15-2713 Awa Street, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778 and further identified by tax map key number (3) 1-5-073-040. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Henry T. Nakamoto, Judge of the above entitled Court, in the Judge’s courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 on April 20, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings with the court and serve it before said date upon Jesse W. Schiel, attorney for Plaintiff First Hawaiian Bank, whose address is First Hawaiian Center, 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813.
