YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff THOMAS WALTER FEDEROWICZ have filed a Complaint in Civil No. 19-1-0209 to establish and confirm Plaintiff’s equitable ownership title to TMK: (3) 9-2-033-034 against you in the above entitled Court wherein he prays for a decree establishing and confirming Plaintiff’s title in and to the subject property pursuant to that certain “Agreement of Sale” recorded as Document No. 92-170763 on October 21, 1992 in the State of Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE PRESIDING JUDGE, Third Circuit Court, First Division, State of Hawaii, at 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, on April 2, 2020, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. of said day or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon OLSON & SONS, Attorneys at Law, A Law Corporation, attorneys for Plaintiff THOMAS WALTER FEDEROWICZ, whose address is 79-7516 Hawaii Belt Road, Kealakekua, Hawaii 96750. If you fail to do so, order by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
