YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff XPRS CAPITAL, LLC, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1RC19-1-1859 in the District Court of the First Circuit, Honolulu Division, State of Hawaii, seeking to collect monies due on an unpaid promissory note signed on or about September 23, 2016.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his/her courtroom in the District Court of the First Circuit, Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on April 13, 2020 at 1:30 o’clock p.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff XPRS CAPITAL, LLC, whose address is 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
