Kalani English Living Trust, has filed a First Amended Complaint; Exhibits A-C; Summons (the “First Amended Complaint”) in the above-entitled court, under Civil No. Civil No. 19-1-0085, seeking sums due from Defendants under the subject lease, including without limitation rent, interest, advances, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees and other amounts due and to become due under the lease.
