PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 18, 2009, a complaint was filed in case number 3CC091000245K (Civil No. 09-1-245K) in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, Kona Division, State of Hawaii seeking to partition certain parcels of land located in Honokua, South Kona, Island, County and State of Hawaii (referred to in part in said action as lands contained in "Settlement Area ‘A"’). The parcels of land are Land Commission Award Numbers 6994 to Kaaiwaiwai, 9453-E to Pulukaloi, 9571-B to Keliiholomoana and 9721:2 to Keawekolohe.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Melvin Fujino located at 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii on the 26th day of February, 2020 at 8:00 o’clock, A.M., or to file an answer or other response to the complaint and to serve it before said day upon the Commissioner, Michael J. Matsukawa, whose address is Room 201, 75-5751 Kuakini Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
If you fail to answer or to appear in the manner described aforesaid, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
