OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Oahu Plumbing & Sheet Metal, Ltd. of that certain Waikiki Sunset Hotel Cooling Tower Replacement situated at 229 Paoakalani Avenue; Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 2-6-028-011, has been completed.
