YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff James H. Hattaway, Jr. Revocable Living Trust, by and through its Successor Trustee, Faith Tengan, has filed a Complaint in Civil No. 19-1-0307(2), wherein plaintiff prays for an entry of judgment against you in the above-entitled court.
YOU ARE HEREBY summoned to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Peter T. Cahill, Judge of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, at the Hoapili Hale Judiciary Building, 2145 Main Street, Fourth Floor, Courtroom No. 2, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, at 8:15 o’clock a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Douglas R. Wright, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Wright & Kirschbraun, 1885 Main Street, Suite 108, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint filed September 18, 2019.
