OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “WAIKIKI PARC HOTEL RENOVATION” project [HDCC Job No. 11808], located at 2233 Helumoa Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-6-002: 011, 012, and 013) in accordance with its contract with Halekulani Corporation, Owner.
