FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on March 5, 2019, together with an Application by ERIC CORREA, whose address is c/o JOHN K. MATSUMOTO, 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and whose telephone number is (808) 548-5700, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said ERIC CORREA.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
Further, all creditors of the above-named estate and the BONNIE CORREA REVOCABLE TRUST dated June 8, 1999, as amended, ERIC CORREA as Successor Trustee, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
