YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that MARCUS GILLESPIE (“Plaintiff”), has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 19-1-000430 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to collect on monies owed under that certain Promissory Note dated July 18, 2017.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeffrey P. Crabtree, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom at Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, 5th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on December 17, 2019 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Robert E. Chapman, Esq./Kira M. Kawakami, Esq., attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
