YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED THAT KAMA’AINA TERMITE & PEST CONTROL, INC., A Hawaii Corporation, MICHAEL MISKE, JR., Plaintiffs in the above-captioned matter, have commenced an action in Civil No. 19-1-0910-06 (11TH Div.), alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment. In it, Plaintiffs pray for specific performance of an asset sale agreement or damages of at least $87,040.00 and declaratory relief finding an enforceable agreement which was breached and for attorney fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Presiding Judge, 777 Punchbowl Street, on Tuesday, the 24th day of December 2019, at 9 o’clock a.m. of said day or file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Ward D. Jones, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is Bervar & Jones, Alakea Corporate Tower, 1100 Alakea Street, 20th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
