YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Respondent Charles P. Pretorius has filed a Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default in the above identified matter on October 24, 2018. A hearing will be held on Respondent’s Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 8:30 a.m.
YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED TO APPEAR in the courtroom of the Honorable DYAN M. MEDEIROS, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom, Family Court of the First Circuit, Kapolei Judiciary Complex, 4675 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. of said day. If the Court grants Respondent’s Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default, then the current Order for Protection shall be dissolved and the temporary restraining order shall be reinstated. If the Court’s calendar that day allows, a hearing will also be held on whether to grant Petitioner’s Petition for an Order for Protection. You will be permitted to show cause as to why the Temporary Restraining Order should continue to be in effect.
