YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs WARREN MUN FONG HO; ANITA FAI KIN HO, RYAN WAI YUN HO; CLINTON WAI ON HO; and JOYLIN CHOY KIN SHUM fka JOYLIN CHOY KIN HO have filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 12-1-2057-07 GWBC, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii, wherein the Plaintiffs therein pray, among other things, a determination regarding title to the real property located in the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii and designated herein as TMK: (1) 8-7-004-013, (1) 8-7-004-059, and (1) 8-7-004-060.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Gary W.B. Chang, Judge of the First Circuit Court, located at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December 2019, at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and to serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, Regan M. Iwao, Esq., whose address is Schlack Ito, A Limited Liability Law Company, 745 Fort Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
