YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Gary W. B. Chang, Judge of the above-entitled court, in his courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Timothy E. Ho, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, at 741 Fort Street Mall, 17th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813.
