NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Leonard Saijyong Song, also known as Leonard S. Song, (“Decedent”) passed away on April 7, 2019. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Leonard S. Song (“Estate”) and/or the trust created by Decedent under a trust agreement dated May 25, 2011, as amended, known as the Leonard S. Song Revocable Living Trust (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Violet C. Wong, whose address is c/o Pitluck Kido & Aipa, LLP, 701 Bishop Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, (808) 523-5030, is serving as Successor Trustee of the Trust. All creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Violet C. Wong, Successor Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
