YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK (“Plaintiff”) has filed an action against you in Civil No. 19-1-0072 in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure sale and judgment against you for sums due to Plaintiff on an unpaid Note and Mortgage dated July 20, 2007, recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii as Document No. 2007-133389, and for other relief as are just and equitable. The property described in the Mortgage and subject to foreclosure sale is at 39-124 Kukui Village Loop, Ookala, Hawaii 96774, TMK (3) 3-9-006-011-0000.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Henry T. Nakamoto, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, HI 96720, on the 4th day of November, 2019, at 8:00 o’clock, a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Ching & Yamamoto LLP, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is at 330 Saratoga Road, #15873, Honolulu, Hawaii 96830. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
