OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Swinerton Builders of that certain Construction of the Hale Kewalo Apartment Building situated at 450 PIIKOI ST. AND 1235 KONA ST, HONOLULU, HI, TMK: 2-3-007: 026 AND 049, has been completed.
